I hear it all the time, and honestly it always breaks my heart for so many reasons.

Mama, do you realise that through the eyes of your little people, you are their world? You could be covered in spit up with your hair unwashed for days on end, they are still going to see your light and stare and smile at you with nothing but love. And even if and when they’re old enough to tell you otherwise, that fact will remain the same.

Mama, do you realise that every time you refuse and decide that you’re “not photo ready” that that is yet another one of hundreds of photos that you are not in.?

Mama, do you realise that even in your moments of sheer exhaustion and overwhelm, you are still the most powerful, beautiful and inspiring woman in any room?

This year and in time for Mother’s Day, I’m hosting Mama and Me Sessions – Photo Sessions dedicated to our Mamas taking place at my home studio in North London.

These sessions are full of sweetness and will make the perfect gift this Mother’s Day. I am working with the very talented Romanda of @hausofsevelle_ and we’ve curated an experience day where our Mamas are centre stage.

Meet Romanda from Haus of Sevelle – she’s an experienced makeup artist, with a wealth of knowledge in makeup and skincare. She will take you through and tailor a natural no makeup, makeup look specifically around your skin’s needs. Her intention for the day is to make you feel comfortable and beautiful by enhancing your natural beauty for your special session – showcasing a rawness but perfect complexion.

Whilst you’re getting your make up done, there will be a glass of bubbly with your name on along with an array of nibbles for you to enjoy.

We’re also putting together special gift bags for all our Mamas in the name of self-care and self-love.

And don’t worry about your little ones! Depending on their age, they can either enjoy the waiting area with games and music whilst they wait, or join me for a separate photo session, which will be included in your final gallery. In other words, your little ones are good in hands 🙂

Ahead of your session, you will receive an Outfit Style Guide to help you think about what to wear and how to co-ordinate your family beautifully.

After having your makeup done, you and your little one(s) will join me for a 30 minute Photo Session. Side note: Dads and Grandmas are welcome to join in for one or two photos, but the limelight is for our Mamas this time round!

You’ll receive your gallery on or just before Mother’s Day with fully edited images from your session. As part of this package, you’ll be able to download 3 images with the option to upgrade to more images and prints should you decide.
