Something I personally need to work on is printing and framing my images!

I have 4 hard drives full of amazing photos of my family, but you’d never know. They just sit there, gathering dust, hoping one day to be rediscovered. PHOTOGRAPHER FAIL! Disclaimer: DO NOT be like me!

Well this summer, I’ve vowed to change my ways. I’ll be documenting my growing picture wall(s) in my home. I’ll aim to share on socials with the intention of holding myself accountable and also showing clients how they too can display their wonderful memories.

Another way I’ve decided to tackle my apparent phobia of printing commitment (because it is definitely a commitment issue!) is by offering prints to all my clients for all sessions. As the saying goes: ‘practise what you preach’, right?

This means that included with every session, whether you choose to upgrade or not, you will receive 5 or 10 matching prints of your digital downloads. The prints will be 6×4”, making them the perfect size to share with family and friends or mount and frame in your home. In fact, as an in-home photographer, I’m lucky enough to be invited into your home. I sometimes imagine exactly where these beautiful images can go whilst I shoot!

The Prints

The images are printed to the highest quality on Fuji Silk paper, meaning they will not be subjected to finger prints and smudges and will withstand the test of time. Simply choose your favourites from your online gallery and await your delivery by post. Often sent weeks after the actual date of your session, there’s nothing quite like receiving happy post unexpectedly. Prints are lovingly packaged, personalised and guaranteed to make you smile.

I can’t wait to see how clients display their images in their homes. As a photographer, there is arguably no better feeling than seeing your work printed and proudly exhibited. There are so many steps to capturing your special memories with your families and it all feels so beautifully encapsulated with prints.

In the near future, I will be offering much more than beautiful keepsake prints. I’m in the process of curating a product guide complete with large format prints, multi image decor and photo albums – excited is an understatement! So please bear with me. All previous clients will be emailed with a discount code to explore the product range should they wish to and there will be a big announcement when the product guide is ready. I’ll be shouting it from the rooftops!
